While the hardware rests: the platform.

Hardware demands mechanical patience; software, on the other hand, moves fast. Sprint: a single organic-motion engine, the MaxFly network wired in simulation over a MAVLink bridge, a safety supervisor that triggers brake then return-home, a black box, an ops dashboard and a client app.
All of it runs in simulation, not yet on the real drone — and it’s labelled as such, no cheating. But the skeleton of the product exists: how it moves, how it’s supervised, how it’s tracked from a phone.
Flight will come to meet the software. For now, each advances at its own pace.
